- Job Summary: The Human Resource Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, training coordination, and employee insurance administration. This role will also assist the HR Manager in daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR-related activities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs • Coordinate interview arrangements and candidate communication 2. Training & Development• Coordinate external training programs, seminars, and workshops • Liaise with training providers and manage registrations and logistics • Maintain training records and track employee participation • Assist in HRD Corp (HRDC) grant applications and claims • Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness 3. Insurance & Employee Benefits• Administer employee insurance including medical and group insurance • Liaise with insurance company on policy matters and renewals • Handle insurance claims and assist employees with submissions • Maintain proper records of employee benefits and insurance coverage 4. Support to HR Manager• Assist in daily HR operations and tasks assigned by the HR Manager • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures • Participate in HR projects and initiatives • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks
