• Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials according to company requirements• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on order status with suppliers• Liaise with local and international suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments• Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of materials and goods• Prepare and maintain purchasing, shipping, and import/export documentation• Verify supplier invoices and maintain proper procurement records• Update supplier database, purchasing records, and inventory information• Support import/export coordination and ensure compliance with company procedures• Assist in resolving procurement and delivery-related issues with suppliers
