Carry out all production start-up, operational, and shutdown procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while ensuring compliance with established workflow, personnel movement, and material flow requirements.
Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished products meets the required specifications before proceeding to the next production stage.
Perform self-inspections throughout the production process, including identifying, removing, and segregating any foreign objects, and immediately report any non-conformities or abnormal conditions to the Supervisor.
