About Ultimate Control Engineering S/B
(A) INTRODUCTION:
Ultimate Control Engineering Sdn Bhd was founded in March 24 2009 as a trading company dealing with HVAC products and services. Our first ranges of products are from REGIN and AHF and mainly dealing with control and motorized valve used in chilled water piping. Over the years, we have expanded our product ranges but we still kept our focus more towards the HVAC services.
Today, Ultimate Control Engineering have a wide range of products that complement each other and we can offer complete solutions of chilled water control and management system. Our products and services begins from the chiller plant room where we are involved in the Chiller Management System, the control and supply of bypass valves, the Pumps that deliver the condenser water to the cooling tower and chilled water to the AHU and FCU’s down the line to the occupied space.
We supply valves that are used in the pipelines and AHU and FCU, among the most important is our range of Dynamic Balancing and Control Valves that is revolutionize the chilled water control and balancing system, providing an energy saving and good temperature control never achieved before. Along with the Control Valves, we also supply the thermostats and control systems that control the control valves. In some critical areas, we also provide Humidity and Temperature control systems, pressure control system as well as total Building Control System (BCS) or Building Management System (BMS)
