Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in repair watch & smartphone
- Prior experience in electronics, mobile phone, or watch repair is an advantage
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
- Strong hands-on skills, detail-oriented, and patient
- Able to work independently and complete repair tasks efficiently
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair watches and smartphones (including part replacement and troubleshooting)
- Conduct device testing to ensure repair quality standards are met
- Record repair details and maintain service reports
- Assist customers with basic technical enquiries when needed
- Maintain tools and ensure a clean and organized workspace
