URGENT: Graphic Designer (Motorsports, Simracing & Esports)

Subang Jaya | 100% On-Site | Mon-Fri, 12PM to 10PM | RM3,500 to RM4,500

Cove Circuit is a fast-growing simracing and esports entertainment brand based in Subang Jaya. We create high-energy experiences across gaming, motorsports, retail, and live events, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team.

This role is for someone who can create strong day-to-day design work across social media, campaigns, event visuals, promotional materials, and light motion content.

If you have a sharp eye, solid design fundamentals, and a genuine interest in gaming, motorsports, esports, or youth culture, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 to 3 years of relevant design experience, or a strong portfolio that proves you can do the job

• Good fundamentals in layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual consistency

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator

• Basic capability in motion or video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects

• Able to work fast without becoming sloppy

• Organized with files, naming, versions, and exports

• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced team

• Interest in motorsports, gaming, simracing, or esports is a strong advantage

Working Style

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Subang Jaya

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12PM to 10PM

• We move quickly, especially around launches, campaigns, and events

• Occasional weekend support may be required during major events or campaign periods

RM3,500 to RM4,500, depending on experience, portfolio quality, and practical ability.

What You Will Do

• You will be our only in-house designer and will handle design work from start to finish.

• This includes receiving the brief, proposing the visual direction, creating the design, preparing final files, and saving everything properly for future reference.

• You will support Cove Circuit’s retail outlets, events, campaigns, and promotional needs.

• Your work will include social media creatives, campaign visuals, posters, promo assets, event materials, print materials, and basic motion or short-form video content.

• You must be able to adapt approved designs into the correct sizes and formats for digital, social media, print, and production use.

• For new campaigns or important projects, you should propose 2 to 3 concept directions early so the team can quickly decide the look and feel before full execution.

• Once the direction is approved, you are expected to complete the final assets accurately and on time.

• You will work closely with management and operations to turn briefs into clear, usable, and ready-to-publish creative output.

• You must manage timelines, revisions, and feedback properly in a fast-moving environment.

• All files must be prepared cleanly, named properly, and exported correctly.

• You must follow proper version control, such as V01, V02, FINAL, and dated final files.

• Final export packs must be complete when needed, including IG feed, IG story, print-ready PDF, source files, and any other required format.

• For print work, files must be prepared with the correct size, bleed, safe area, resolution, and print specs.

• Before anything goes live or gets printed, you must check that all important details are correct, including sponsor logos, disclaimers, pricing, dates, promo mechanics, spelling, and final file specs.

• You must keep an organized Google Drive archive of working files, final files, approvals, and export packs as proof.

• Basic motion and video work is required, but not advanced.

• This includes animated IG story text, simple logo motion, text animation, short recap edits, resizing clips, trimming clips, subtitles, and basic transitions.

• This role does not require 3D animation, complex VFX, or high-end commercial motion work.
