Quali9ications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a

related Gield

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event planning or management

• Proven track record of successfully delivering a variety of events (corporate, exhibitions,

conferences, etc.)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple

projects under tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• ProGiciency in event management tools/software is a plus (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Trello,

Asana)

• Budget management experience and effective negotiation skills with vendors and

suppliers

• Ability to lead on-site event teams and handle high-pressure situations calmly

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Job overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Manager to oversee the planning,

coordinating, and execution of a variety of events from start to Ginish. The ideal candidate will

engaging experiences. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and internal

teams to ensure every event runs smoothly, stays within budget, and alighns with both client

and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and manage events from concept to completion, ensuring that all aspects

align with client and company objectives

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and task assignments for each event

• Liaise with tenant to ensure seamless event delivery and satisfaction

• Oversee on-site event operations, managing setup, live execution, and breakdown

• Troubleshoot issues on the spot and ensure smooth event flow

• Manage event promotion in collaboration with all tenants

• Ensure events stay within budget and deliver post-event reports and analysis

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and positive guest experience
