Responsible for bank books and cheque record book.

To update daily bank balance and daily cash flow planning.

Account payable control including maintaining individual creditors account, checking creditors invoice, preparing payment and issuing cheque.

Trade facility control including maintaining utilization of trade facility, issue letter of credit, banker acceptance financing and other bank financing documents.

Checking import and export shipping documents, liaising with forwarding agent or bank.

Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superiors from time to time.
