Possess at least SPM or a relevant skills certification.

Self-motivated.

Strong interpersonal skills in building and managing internal and external networks and relationships.

Preferably able to write and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Hardworking and responsible.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Perform a full range of maintenance, repair, overhaul, and service activities on forklifts, reach trucks, and required equipment.

Build and assemble machines and mechanical components according to requirements.

Inspect machines, engines, transmissions, and related equipment, and run diagnostic tests to identify functionality issues for troubleshooting and repair.

Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair customers’ equipment or the company’s forklifts in accordance with established guidelines and procedures, while maintaining positive customer relations.

Perform all job duties with honesty and integrity.

Keep the working area clean, neat, and tidy at all times.

Maintain a high standard of repair work, troubleshoot reported problems, and resolve them in a timely manner.

Attend to and resolve service and repair jobs within 48 hours of receiving the job orders.
