Customer Technical Consultation & Market Insight: Visit client sites to understand complex technical requirements, analyze application constraints, and gather key market intelligence.
- Product Development & Customization: Develop, modify, and fine-tune material formulations to meet rigorous customer specifications and performance benchmarks.
- Sample Preparation & Evaluation: Prepare, package, and deliver high-precision product samples for thorough client testing and laboratory evaluation.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Provide direct technical guidance and partner closely with client engineers to resolve technical issues or application failures.
- Trial Runs & Scaling: Initiate, monitor, and evaluate pilot trial runs in preparation for commercial-scale mass production of newly developed materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Manufacturing and Quality Assurance teams to guarantee smooth, efficient, and defect-free new product launches.
- Presentations & Reporting: Conduct technical presentations to external clients and prepare detailed progress reports for internal stakeholders.
