Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer enquiries, creating engaging social media content, and hosting live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms to promote our awning and aluminium trackless gate products.

This role combines traditional sales with digital marketing to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, renovation, aluminium products, or building materials.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Confident speaking in front of a camera and comfortable hosting TikTok Live or Facebook Live sessions.

• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Active user of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other basic content creation tools.

• Good presentation and customer service skills.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.

• Willing to travel for customer site visits and exhibitions when required.

• Willing to work on weekends or public holidays during roadshows, exhibitions, or promotional events.

Salary: RM1,700 + Commission RM500/sales

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

• Attend to walk-in customers, WhatsApp enquiries, phone calls, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, and other online leads.

• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable awning, aluminium trackless gate, fencing, pergola, louvre roof, and related products.

• Prepare quotations and explain product specifications, materials, warranties, and installation processes.

• Conduct customer site visits when required.

• Follow up on quotations until successful project closure.

• Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after project completion.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Update customer records in the company sales system.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Host TikTok Live, Facebook Live, and other social media live sessions according to the company's schedule.

• Present products confidently during live sessions and engage professionally with viewers.

• Respond to customer enquiries during live broadcasts.

• Create engaging content, including:
  - Product showcases.
  - Installation videos.
  - Before and after transformations.
  - Customer testimonials.
  - Promotional campaigns.
  - Educational videos about awnings and aluminium trackless gates.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.

• Generate sales leads through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

• Keep up with current social media trends and recommend new marketing ideas.

Sales Administration

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.

• Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress and keep customers informed.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Track lead conversions and customer follow-up activities.
