Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Operations, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or administration will be an added advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to liaise with customers and different departments.

Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and proficient in basic computer applications, with a willingness to learn QMS requirements.

Process sales orders promptly, handle customer inquiries professionally, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Liaise with production and other departments (e.g., purchasing and finance) to meet deadlines, resolve issues, and support a smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate customer records, support administrative duties, and ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

Plan work schedules effectively, manage customer requests beyond standard profit margins, and implement improvements to enhance operations and customer experience.
