Ability to be able to manage Social Media interactions

Experience using Social Media in a business environment

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram,Tik Tok and other social media best practices

Understanding storyline and purpose of video creation and editing skill.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Able to communicate well (written and verbal) in English, BM

Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.

Create and coordinate content, including posts, captions, photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional materials.

Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics.

Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, traffic, and conversions.

Support paid social media advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance.

Collaborate with designers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and online presence across all social media platforms.

Stay updated on new social media features, trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.

Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing activities.
