Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Desa Cemerlang. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote HydroBall Technics’ energy-efficient solutions across various online channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, running online marketing campaigns, and monitoring web analytics to improve reach and engagement. The role involves collaborating with sales and technical teams to translate complex product information into clear, compelling digital messages. The specialist will also track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to strengthen brand presence and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and platform management.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools to measure performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Relevant experience in B2B or industrial marketing; familiarity with energy-efficient or engineering-related products is an advantage.
• Comfort with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and basic SEO principles.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Capacity to work independently on-site in Desa Cemerlang, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
