SPM or above.

Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to follow company work arrangements and instructions.

Assist in daily purchasing activities and prepare purchase orders.

Assist to obtain quotations and follow up with suppliers on pricing and delivery.

Follow up on order status and delivery schedules.

Maintain and organize purchasing documents and records.

Assist in checking stock levels and purchasing requirements.

Communicate with suppliers on purchasing matters.

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
