Full Time Purchasing - Logistics Assistant - Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Vodapruf Johor - Maukerja

Supplier Sourcing & Purchasing

• Source new suppliers in Malaysia and overseas; compare at least three quotations per item
• Negotiate price, credit terms and delivery arrangements
• Arrange samples and testing with production before approving a new supplier
• Issue POs and follow up on deliveries, shortages and returns
• Monitor stock levels so production never stops
• Maintain the supplier list with a backup supplier for every key material

Shipment & Logistics

• Plan and book lorries for deliveries in Malaysia and Singapore, consolidating into full loads
• Prepare shipping documents and handle customs declarations through forwarders and agents
• Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas suppliers through to factory delivery
• Confirm delivery time, unloading equipment and site access with customers
• Track shipments and resolve delays, customs hold-ups and damaged goods
• Compare transporter rates and check their invoices before passing to accounts

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
