About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized admin to support our daily operations. You will be responsible to maintain accurate documentation, monitor task completion and ensure smooth daily operations while following company procedures. This rile also involves reporting operational issues, supporting process improvements and providing administrative support to the team a needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue daily work instructions, and track completion.
• Monitor stock levels and raise orders when needed.
• Coordinate deliveries and logistics.
• Support sales administration and respond to customer enquiries.
• Maintain HR records such as attendance, leave and claims.
• Handle phone calls and general enquiries, and coordinate facility upkeep.
• Keep records and documents accurate and up to date, following company
• procedures.
• Complete daily task checklists.
• Report problems and exceptions promptly to the Admin In-Charge.
• Cross-train in, and cover, a colleague’s duties when needed.
• Help document and improve work procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, email and messaging apps; able to learn new systems.
• Accurate, organised and able to follow procedures closely.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
