Full Time Health and Safety Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan Trust Recruit Johor - Maukerja

Education: SPM / Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related field.

Working Experience: Minimum 1 year in safety-related role.

Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards.

Ability to conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

Good reporting and documentation skills

Conducting risk assessments and enforcing preventive measures as to conduct site inspections to check equipment, machinery and processes.

Reviewing existing policies and update according to legislation then to enforce safety policies and procedures.

Educating employees on safe practices and health and safety regulations by initiating and organizing OHS training.

Assisting with the development of strategic plans for health, safety and environment.

Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities, and new prevention measures.

Evaluating the safety management system for its effectiveness and maintaining documented continuous improvement plans.

Reporting on the health and safety awareness, issues, and statistics to the General Manager, Operation Manager and Plant Managers.

Any other duties assigned by the superior(s) from time to time.
