Full Time Administrative Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Ken Hong Seng Tat Kee (M) Trading Johor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.

Candidates with prior similar working experience in Singapore are preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Knowledge of AutoCount software is an added advantage.

Mature, responsible, self-motivated, and disciplined with a positive attitude.

Possess good initiative, integrity, and the ability to work independently.

Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and follow up on goods delivery.

Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices upon receiving customer orders.

Process customer orders and coordinate timely delivery of goods.

Receive and physically inspect incoming goods to ensure accuracy.

Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.

Handle SST, import and export documentation, customs clearance, permit applications, and logistics arrangements.

Assist with daily office administration, documentation, and filing.

Ensure all business documents are properly organized and maintained.

Prepare daily work orders for the Production Department.

Check and update daily production records, stock balances, and monthly production reports.

Liaise with government departments to obtain information and clarification when required.

Communicate with relevant stakeholders to support daily business operations.

Handle existing certification standards, including ISO 22000 and Halal certification, and participate in related activities.

Assist with any ad-hoc duties, projects, and activities as assigned.
