Full Time MIS Officer (Management Information Systems) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Pulai Springs Resort Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, servers, telephony systems, and internet access.

- Support hospitality systems such as Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and access control systems.

- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and liaise with vendors for escalated problems.

- Implement cybersecurity measures and perform regular data backups.

- Train hotel staff on proper use of IT systems.

- Ensure smooth technology operations to enhance guest experience.

- Perform SQL queries and provide database and system support.

- Configure clinical documentation templates and order sets according to medical protocols.

- Update system HIS system setting as per required

- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for medical devices, workstations, and networks.

- Train doctors, nurses, and administrative staff on new systems and cybersecurity practices.

- Conduct system audits, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.

- Collaborate with vendors for clinical system and billing integration.

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL) will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in IT Support, System Administration, or MIS-related roles.
• Experience in managing computer networks, servers, and business applications.
• Experience with ERP, PMS, Clinic Management System, POS, or other business systems is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Operating Systems.
• Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure.
• Basic knowledge of database management (SQL Server, MySQL).
• Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity practices.
• Experience supporting printers, scanners, biometric devices, CCTV systems, and IP telephony.

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure business continuity.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain IT assets inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, system upgrades, and technical support.
• Implement IT security policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze system performance.
• Conduct regular data backups and recovery testing.
• Support digital transformation and system enhancement projects.
