Full Time Production Planner / Production Material Controller Jobs, in Yan Sheung (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of equipment, materials, and workforce. Fast responding for material shortage issue, and initiative to find solution which to ensure production line won't stop.

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to gather production requirements and prioritize orders based on customer demands and deadlines to ensure on-time delivery.

• Initiative investigate failed material shipment and personally join in the problem solve activities.

• Attend to production meetings and any others for communication and update purpose.

• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies needed for production.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning activities.

• Conduct regular capacity and resource planning analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to optimize workflow, improve productivity, and minimize downtime.
