Full Time Branch Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Wise Capital Credit Johor - Maukerja

Daily Operations

• Oversee smooth and compliant branch operations in line with company SOPs and policies.
• Monitor daily cash flow, opening/closing balances, and ensure proper handling of safebox.
• Review customer accounts to track performance, identify risks, and plan suitable loan solutions.
• Analyze branch performance reports and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Ensure accurate system entries, loan processing, and transaction records.
• Manage branch administration, documentation, licensing, and ensure a safe, clean working environment.
• Handle customer enquiries, support digital payment solutions, and promote online services.
• Monitor overdue accounts and take proactive action to minimize defaults.

Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly/quarterly reports on sales, KPIs, and branch performance.
• Liaise with management and departments on staff matters and operational issues.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve targets and improve performance.
• Identify and develop talents through training and career growth opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver quality service.
• Monitor daily team activities and provide guidance where needed.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the money lending, credit recovery, banking, or financial services industry, preferably with supervisory experience.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
