Full Time Equipment Engineering Supervisor (SMT) Jobs, in Wiwynn Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Abnormality Management & Improvement: Handle troubleshooting and implement root-cause solutions to stabilize machine performance.
2. Efficiency Optimization: Continuously improve Equipment OEE and minimize Downtime through proactive maintenance and process tuning.
3. Automation Implementation: Drive the integration of automation solutions into production lines to enhance productivity.
4. General Project Management: Execute ad-hoc tasks and strategic projects assigned by management.

Experience & Requirements

1. Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance/engineering, with at least 1 year in Project Management.
2. Technical Proficiency (Equipment): Strong familiarity with Panasonic NPM-W2/WX series. (Highly Preferred)
3. Experience with GKG Printer series. (Highly Preferred)
4. Knowledge of ERSA Reflow ovens. (Highly Preferred)
5. Problem-Solving Methodologies: Proven experience in structured troubleshooting using CLCA (Closed-Loop Corrective Action), PFMEA, and 8D reports.
