Full Time Precast Production Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan MBG Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily production of precast concrete components within the assigned production line, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, work instructions and procedures are strictly followed. The role involves supervising mould and concrete pouring activities, coordinating subcontractors and production workers, conducting mould and pre-pour inspections, monitoring raw material requirements, maintaining production records, identifying production issues and ensuring workers follow proper production methods to achieve efficient and timely output.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or equivalent.

• At least 2 years' experience in quality control in precast industry.

• Experience in precast industry or Construction related to RC Structures

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in precast production, precast yards, or construction projects involving RC works are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant industry experience will also be considered.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

• Possess problem-solving, analyzing and reporting skills.

• Positive attitude in learning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To lead the production operatives within the assigned production line, establishing and maintaining high standards of performance.

• Responsible for leading and coordinating the production of assigned mould including activities of Sub-Contractor to achieve production within the day and to the quality standard required.

• Supervision in the daily production of precast concrete to meet with the production schedule.

• Ensure sufficient of raw material of daily usage in accordance to daily production schedule, reporting to immediate superior if needed.

• Prepare and conduct mould inspection and pre-pour inspection on daily basis, prepare checklist and relevant inspection reports.

• Maintain production’s documentation well-records.

• Ensuring the plant production operation, work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.

• Closely standing supervision of concrete pours and check continuously of finishes surface towards conformance to specifications and standards.

• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements if needed.

• To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.

• Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.

• Liaising with Production Department’s member and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.

• Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
