1. Ability to connect well with our business partners, establish a strong interest in this distributorship to support us throughout any trade promo and sales activities.
2. Knowledge and understanding of our product sales cycle, regular visits to the markets with the ability to interact with buyers and front-line personnel, aiding in qualifying demand outlook and sales trends.
3. Knowledge and skills to plan quantities outlook of demand forecast based on historical data and order patterns from business partners.
4. Assist in better planning for operation’s logistics facilities while integrating through appropriate supply from PSM and customers’ sales fulfilment.
5. Plan and facilitate program to ensure the market does not experience inadequate supply of stocks.
6. Proactively engage in face-to-face meetings with customers to achieve sales targets, build rapport with existing customers, understand customer needs, address concerns, and showcase products or services effectively to ensure customers satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
7. Involve directly in selling products to customers, closing deal, managing client relationships, distribution details and meeting revenue targets.
8. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales revenue.
9. Assist account in collection matters from buyers.
10. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, responsible for acquiring new customers through prospecting and initiating contact to pitch our products.
11. Have in-depth knowledge about the company’s products to effectively communicate product value to customers.
12. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase offerings to potential customers, explaining product specifications, highlighting benefits, and addressing questions or objections as well as product sensory as introduction to potential customers or existing customers for any new product launching.
13. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, have persuasive skills, negotiation tactics, and a thorough understanding of customers’ needs to close deals.
14. Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends, analyse competitor activities, and provide feedback to the company to aid in developing marketing strategies and identifying opportunities.
15. Maintain accurate record of sales activities, including leads, prospects, deals closed, and revenue generated and contribute to sales forecasting and goal setting.
16. Provide excellent customer service and support. Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The person needs to have a key quality such as responsive, proactive, empathy, clarity, accuracy and professionalism.
17. Continuously update skills, knowledges, and techniques through training programs, workshops, and industry events to remain competitive.
18. Consistency in executing sales tasks and following through on projects to achieve successful outcomes.
19. Collaboration between each function with other departments in achieving company objectives. i.e Cross-Functional Meetings with other department (i.e R&D ; Production) to facilitate better communication, same alignment, idea exchange and strategy development to drive business growth.
