1. Role Purpose:

• Responsible for performing security and safety duties as required.
• Report any emergencies, incidents or any suspected behaviours immediately to superior for further action.
• Maintain safety of all its assets, resources, information, image and personnel from damages and losses through criminal acts, negligence or otherwise.

2. Accountabilities:

• To assist Auxiliary Police unit to enforce all company rules and regulations on security and safety matters.
• Carry out security duties at any location as assigned.
• Work as a team to conduct surveillance/crime prevention in Desaru Coast to prevent security violation and report any crime happening to superior for further actions.
• Deter any unlawful or suspicious act by conducting security patrol.
• Enforce traffic regulation within the Destination areas and Desaru Coast Laman.
• Conduct check on any vehicles that are come in or leave the Laman areas.
• Act as control crowd and assistance during emergency situation.
• Be part of the Emergency Response Team in any emergency situation within the Destinations.
• Engage in clear communication with internal and external staff, guests, visitors, and the community to foster positive relationships, address public concerns, and build trust regarding security and safety information.
• Assisting in crowd and traffic control and help manage crowds and direct traffic during events, emergencies, or at busy locations.
• To execute any other job requirements as assigned by the Superior.

3. Requirements:

• Minimum qualification SPM with passes in Bahasa Malaysia and other relevant subjects preferred.
• Malaysian citizen aged between 25 to 40 years old.
• Prior working experience in security services, Auxiliary Police or related enforcement fields is an additional advantage.
• Former members of the armed forces, PDRM, RELA or Auxiliary Police are encouraged to apply.
• Do not have any Criminal Record & Drug Influence and have a good health condition.
• Priority will be given to candidate who have attended Auxiliary Police Basic Training at PULAPOL & possess the valid Certificate issued by PDRM as Auxiliary Police.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
