Full Time Front of House (FOH) Service Crew Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,100 in Haza Food Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised, and ready for customers.
• Attend to customer requests, enquiries, and feedback promptly.
• Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when required.
• Ensure accurate handling of cashless payments, POS systems, and customer bills.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently during service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service station, and front counter.
• Replenish service items such as cutlery, tissues, condiments, and other supplies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and customer service standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to the assigned checklist.
• Support the team during peak hours and ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage.
• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
