Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Greet and register patients, verify insurance information, and manage patient flow.

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.

Assist physicians and nurses with examinations and procedures.

Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct patients to appropriate personnel.

Manage inventory of medical supplies and order new stock as needed.
