Full Time QC Executive Jobs, in Yan Sheung (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology or other related subjects

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

• Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Experiences in food laboratory, food industry or knowledge in food safety management system (GMP, HACCP, BRC) will be added advantage.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Monitor and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety standards.

• Conduct in-process and finished goods quality checks.

• Manage and maintain QA documentation, including SOPs, checklists, and records.

• Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Participate in internal and external audits, including HACCP, BRCGS, and customer audits.

Quality Control (QC)

• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, intermediate products, finished products, and packaging materials, and maintain necessary records.

• Perform regular quality inspections across all stages of production.

• Ensure proper documentation and good housekeeping practices at all times, in compliance with company rules and regulations.

• Conduct periodic verification to ensure measuring equipment is in good working condition and functioning properly.

• Check consumables and tools to ensure sufficient supplies for routine quality checks and verification.

• Conduct laboratory tests to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.

• Perform laboratory testing, record laboratory data, and assist in preparing for laboratory audits.

• Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the QAQC Manager or company management.
