Full Time Concrete Plantation Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Unipati Concrete Johor - Maukerja

1) Production
Ensure all resources i.e.; raw materials, manpower, and trucking are sufficient in order to run daily production to meet plant targets.

2) Customer Service
Build up relationships with customers to satisfy customers’ needs and minimize complaints.

3) Maintenance and housekeeping

• Ensure plant equipment and machinery are well maintained to shorten any unexpected/unavoidable breakdown.
• Schedule and plan for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the plant compound.

4) Quality

• Ensure the product is delivered to meet the customer’s requirements and satisfaction.

5)HSE and compliance
Ensure a safe working environment and promote staff safety awareness.

6) People Management

• Manage staff-related matters at the plant as per company policy.
• Coach and motivate staff for future growth and development.

7) Reporting
Prepare all documentation and reporting is related to plant operation, safety, and compliance

8) Perform all other tasks as assigned by superior.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
