Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & Word).

Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.

Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Physical ability to perform warehouse duties (e.g., lifting, moving stock, standing for extended periods).

Bonus: Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.

Operations Support: Assist in daily warehouse flow, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels, and support regular stock checks and audits.

Documentation: Prepare and process essential warehouse documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Stock Transfers, and Goods Received Notes (GRN).

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with courier services and logistics partners to arrange shipments and track deliveries.

Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe by maintaining proper storage arrangements.

Problem Solving: Assist in resolving logistical discrepancies or warehouse-related issues as they arise.
