Full Time Account Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in ASF FOOD & BEVERAGE (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

• To assist in recording and maintaining accurate accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts and payments.
• To handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including supplier invoices, customer payments and outstanding balances.
• To prepare and process payment vouchers, purchase orders, sales invoices, supplier invoices and other accounting documents.
• To assist in bank reconciliation and ensure that financial records are accurate and up to date.
• To monitor supplier payments, customer collections and outstanding accounts.
• To assist in preparing monthly financial reports, account schedules and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• To maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• To assist in stock costing, inventory reconciliation and other accounting-related tasks.
• To liaise with suppliers, customers, banks and other departments regarding accounting and payment matters.
• To assist in tax compliance, SST, e-Invoicing and other statutory requirements.
• To perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
