Full Time IT Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan JAC Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure and networking, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong expertise in Windows/Linux servers, Cisco networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Experience supporting manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech production environments is highly preferred.

Professional certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CISM, VCP, ITIL, or PMP will be an added advantage.

Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

This is a new Start-Up company in manufacturing of precision parts, located in Senai, Johor.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data center operations to ensure high system availability and business continuity.

Oversee enterprise networks, servers, cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and security systems.

Support manufacturing-related IT systems including ERP, MES, SCADA, and operational technology (OT) connectivity.

Drive infrastructure upgrades, digitalization projects, vendor management, and technology implementation initiatives.

Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring compliance with corporate standards, cybersecurity requirements, and audit regulations.
