Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in the medical appliances industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for production planning, team management, quality control, and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Relevant working experience in production management within the manufacturing industry.

• Experience in medical appliances or medical device manufacturing will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and manufacturing processes.

• Familiar with workplace safety regulations and quality management systems.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.

Working day & hours

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

• Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.

• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.

• Lead, supervise, and train production staff to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Ensure all manufactured products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

• Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with quality assurance, engineering, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and manufacturing procedures.

• Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
