Responsible for full set of accounts

Handling all accounts payable & accounts receivable function of the Company such as:

• Monitor/follow up with customer on AR outstanding
• Generate invoice and statement to customers
• Responsible for all accounts payable matters
• Prepare monthly cash flow budget
• Prepare monthly debtor and creditor aging reports
• Handling journal entry at month end
• Month end closing account, reconciliation of accounts and preparation of month end reports
• Responsible for collection & monitoring all outstanding bill

Other duties as required including purchasing procedure

Administration

• Responsible for the general cleanliness (5S) & housekeeping of the Company.
• Handling of license and other documentation for government department Custom, Immigration, MPKU and others
• Control and purchase of office stationaries , refreshment and sundries, printing of Company's internal and external documents.
• To assist in any other general duties for the smooth operation of the company.
• Any other job as assigned from time to time

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
