Full Time Account - Finance Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Easteel Services (Malaysia) Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), including generating and reviewing AR aging reports.
• Assess customer credit risk and payment history to identify early warning signs and potential bad debts.
• Follow up closely with customers to ensure timely collection and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor customer accounts in terms of aging, credit limits, overdue balances, and credit insurance coverage.
• Liaise with the Sales team to resolve credit limit issues and ensure collections are in line with agreed credit terms.
• Review and verify front-end processes including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), and Goods Receipt (GR/SES) related to Procurement, Planning, and Logistics departments.
• Check and verify staff claims in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and ensure timely updates of reports.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and support the finance team as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and credit control.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills, especially in handling customer collections and internal coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,507.57 per month
