Full Time Cafe Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Arest Cafe Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with good communication skills and experience in F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Manage, train, and supervise cafe staff (baristas & service crew)

• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower planning

• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction

• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place supply orders when needed

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards

• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally

• Monitor daily sales, expenses, and support basic financial reporting

• Assist in implementing marketing promotions and outlet sales strategies

• Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B / cafe / restaurant management

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge in inventory control and basic cost management

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Barista experience is an added advantage
