Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating accurate colour separations for textile designs using various software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or specialized RIP software)
• Ensure that colour separations are suitable for the chosen printing method (screen, digital, sublimation, etc.)
• Organize and prepare artwork for colour separation based on customer specifications and production requirements
• Review and analyze artwork to identify any potential issues with colours, gradients, or file formats
• Make necessary adjustments or corrections to the artwork to ensure proper separation and accurate colour representation
• Ensure that all artwork files meet the print-ready specifications required for production
• Assist the printing team with ensuring that correct colour separations are used during the actual printing process
• Work closely with printers and operators to ensure consistency in colour reproduction across different batches or materials
• Provide feedback to the design and printing teams if there are any issues with colour fidelity or accuracy during production
• Troubleshoot any problems related to colour mismatch, inconsistencies, or printing defects during the process

About you

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in graphic design, textile design, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in textile printing, graphic design, or colour separation is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW
• Experience with software ATEX Software & EX9000 Software
• Knowledge of colour separation techniques for textile printing
• Familiarity with various textile printing methods and materials
• Basic knowledge of colour theory, colour matching, and colour correction techniques

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
