Salary: RM 2000 -2300

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift operations and crew members
• Prepare staff schedules and assign duties
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily wastage
• Handle POS transactions and cash reconciliation
• Train and support new crew members

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in F&B, retail, customer service, or a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
