Full Time Junior Accountant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,200 in DIC Design Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and manage the company's day-to-day accounting matters.

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals may also be considered.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles, AP, AR and bank reconciliation.

• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in full-set accounting is an advantage.

• Able to work independently, organised and detail-oriented.

• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Handle daily accounting transactions, invoices, payments and receipts.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Monitor client invoices and outstanding payments.

• Perform bank and account reconciliation.

• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.

• Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis for decision-making.

• Help ensure compliance with relevant accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and update financial databases and documentation.

• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by your superior.

• Liaise with external accountant, auditor and tax agent when required.
