Requirements
- Recognized Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 5 years of managerial working experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in electronic/ Semiconductor industry.
- Familiar with SMT processes will be an advantage.
- Familiar & industry experience of the Asean countries is definitely an advantage.
- Strong business acumen & analytical skills to synthesize information into actionable business strategy.
- Require to possess strong bilingual communication & presentation skills Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS & ISO 14001 EMS is essential but not compulsory.
Responsibilities
- To lead the team to achieve or exceed overall corporate sales objectives.
- Identify & develop strategic business plans, new market opportunities & expand market coverage.
- Budget & forecasting responsibilities.
- Prepare sales analysis report.
- Develop strategic relationships with key customers.
- Responsible for supporting & maintaining existing customers.
- Work closely with technical department for product qualification, provide product support to customers, and provide technical feedback to the technical department.
- Ensure that customer related processes are being carried out in the Sales Department in a timely manner.
- Review quotation summary.
- To work closely with other Commercial Manager in other regions.
- Understand and comply with RBA business ethic requirements in particular business integrity, accurate disclosure of information, protection of customer’s intellectual property, fair business and competition practices.
- Clearly relay the customer's specific compliance requirement to internal teams (QA) and communicate the final compliance information back to the customer in a timely and professional manner.
