Accountants plan, organize and administer accounting systems for individuals and establishments. Human Resources
- Timely processing of payroll and statutory submission [EPF,SOCSO,LHDN]
- Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, salary adjustment and etc
Account - Accounting system AUTOCOUNT
- Process company payroll
- To ensure financial and bookkeeping records are accurate and up-to-date daily
- To ensure payments are made correctly and promptly by following the payment cycles
- To reconcile all kinds of statements (bank statement, creditors/debtors statement and others)
- Other duties may be assigned by the Top Management from time to time
- Liaise with auditors, company's secretary & tax agent

Job Responsibilities:
Payroll processing
Accounts, project costing and finance related works and documentations
Prepare and compile tax estimation to relevant government authority.
Liaison with relevant authorities including auditors.
To handle both JB office and Spore Office accounts payables and receivables.
Office administration, procurement and support.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Studies.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting.
PC literate, knowledge on the use of Accounting Software or Cloud Based Accounting software will be an advantage.
Familiar with corporate financial reporting, taxation and reporting requirements.
Those who have worked in a similar engineering consultancy or professional service firm where time-sheets are in use will have an added advantage.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, sharp eye for details and pleasant personality.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing
- Provide management reports monthly & yearly & Audit Schedule to Finance Manager
- Prepare/Review monthly GST submission
- Ensure inter-company transactions tally among multi-companies
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
- Making sure compliance with all legislative tax & financial reporting policies and requirements
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
- Liaise with external auditor
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate/Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
REQUIRED SKILL(S)
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
- Hands-on, attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated personality with mature attitude and ability to work independently
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with tight timelines and has sense of urgency
- Team player
