Prepare full sets of accounts, handling & monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable & collections.
Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, accounting standard systems comply with Company’s policies, accounting standard procedures and related statutory and tax requirements.
Support in month-end close procedure with timely and accurate recording.
Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns and ensure prompt payment.
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and available funds for investment and stock purchasing.
Reconciling Statements weekly, across all company accounts.
Reporting daily reports to Accounting related activities to Director including Book Keeping.
Reporting to management on variances from established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
Liaise with bankers on the banking facilities (BA, TT, etc).
Monitor leave and medical claims, handling in payroll functions, EPF, Bonus, Leaves, Tax etc.
Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Quickbook Online
Job Description
Manage month end closing and reporting process for the management.
Work closely with all subsidiaries to ensure timely and equality reporting of monthly financials.
Consolidate and prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and any other financial reports, ensuring timely submission and compliance with relevant governing rules, standards, and requirement.
Maintain a full spectrum accounts for the companies assigned, undertaking daily operations such as transaction recording, payment, collection, fixed asset registration, reconciliation etc.
Monitor and manage working capital, bank balance and cash flow report of the companies assigned.
Provide support on the maintenance and preparation of company/ sub-group accounts of the subsidiaries.
Handle all inter-company related matters, including reconciliation, statement, and issue resolution.
Assist in accounting and financial reporting matters and technical advisory.
Liaise with tax agents and assists in all tax matters.
Liaise with auditors and assist in managing the audit process for the Group.
Participate in implementing and maintenance of financial systems.
Assist in establishing and updating policies, procedures and operating manuals, ensuring continuous improvement in work efficiency and processes.
To undertake other jobs assigned by superiors as required from time to time.
Job Requirements: -
Possess at least Professional Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, professional accountancy qualification – ACCA/MICPA/CIMA or equivalent;
Minimum 5-7 years working experience in accounting preferable in construction & property development industry.

1. Present monthly financial analysis & report to Management

7. Manage and monitor of bank trade line financing
8. Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
9. Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
10. Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
11. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
12. Maintaining the financial health of the organization.

The incumbent prepares the sales plan on the basis of the Annual Business Plan (ABP) including a customer planning for each particular customer/segment and a concept for further market development.
