- Accounts Executive (AP):-* Incoming supplier invoices, input to Acctron System* Accrual listing and input journal entries* Monthly creditors SOA reconciliation* Outgoing payment (Giro/bank transfer)* Manage petty cash float* Monthly bank reconciliation* Half monthly NEA invoice reconciliation* Monthly repair & maintenance report of vehicles and compactors* Tracking of cashflows* Liaise with auditors for interim and year end closing* Data entry of job cards, sorting and photocopy of dumping chits* Any other adhoc duties assign by the superior
