Responsibilities:
Process and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
Produce regular sales reports and manage inventory levels.
Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and coordinating team activities.

To prepare, update and maintain all related to colour matching document (MS EXCEL, word)
Maintain and organize colour matching item (colour panel, fandeck, colour chart etc)

Handle full set of accounts
1) Prepare and update payment checklist
2) Handle government matters: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF (may need to physically visit the branch or HQ)
3) Prepare and maintain monthly account schedules
4) Liaise with auditor, tax agent etc.
Handle HR related matters
1) Record and maintain leave management (including attendance), weekly reports, staff benefits etc.
2) Sort and process staff claims
3) Engage agency for recruitment matters
4) Handle onboarding & offboarding process
5) Coordinate the internal training if any
6) Assist in Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program
7) Assist ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned

- Responsible sales and purchasing activities according to company policies and procedures.
- Process customer Quotation, Delivery Order & Invoice.
- Ensure information on Delivery Orders and Invoices are correct when sent out to the customer.
- Liaise with warehouse arrange goods delivery schedules.
- Generate Good Receive Note(GRN) in system and matching Purchases Invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise and coordinate with warehouses on inventory management.
- Be part of the team in term of planning the workflow for continuous improvement.
- Undertake any other assignments assigned by Superior from time to time.

Enovix has MS Dynamics 365 F&O and is looking to hire a D365 Business Systems Analyst to help them in day today basis with day-today GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Costing, Treasury, Order to Cash, Supply Chain Management and Financial reporting functions. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining applications within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.
Ability to model business data, work flows and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 application within the Finance and Accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, Budgeting, Costing, Supply Chain Management, Treasury, and Financial reporting.
Ability to model business processes and data as it relates to the full end-to-end business operation including order to cash, procure to pay process, Financial reporting and Closing Accounting Periods.
Deliver high quality solutions to end-users, including design, development, integration, data migration, and documentation.
Coordinate with IT and business teams to provide thought leadership, architectural strategy, and solution recommendations.
Engage closely with the extended Dynamics 365 team to test and promote solutions from development and sandbox to production environments.
Validate and implement out of box or standard Dynamics 365 functionality and modules.
Design, solution, and implement customized features and functionality where necessary.
Define clear and expansive user test cases and testing scenarios for validating standard and custom solutions prior to implementation.
Validation of security and access permissions following segregation of duties guidelines.
Implement integrations with other 3rd party applications on premise and in the cloud.
