Cross-functional & External Coordination• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Fit-Out, QS) and key stakeholders (Operations, Marketing, Brand), as well as external parties (Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers) to ensure design feasibility, accuracy, and buildability.3. Site & Construction Support • Provide active support during construction and fit-out phases by resolving design-related site issues, addressing discrepancies, and managing last-minute changes when necessary. 4. Design Standards, Compliance & Optimization• Ensure all design deliverables comply with brand standards, operational requirements, site-specific conditions, and relevant local regulations (e.g., mall and authority guidelines).• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal design manuals, standard templates, and detail libraries to maintain consistency and efficiency across projects.• Drive design optimization initiatives to improve cost-efficiency and constructability without compromising brand identity or design intent.5.
