Responsibilities:
Perform aircraft maintenance for Cathay Group aircraft and third party customers (if applicable) under supervision of the Aircraft Engineer
Monitor third party supplier's performance (technical, ramp services, de-icing, refueling etc.), follow up and rectify any operational issues in a timely manner
Support the contingency plans and ad hoc operational requirements such as diversions, charters, ad hoc aircraft type changes, major disruption recovery, etc.
Perform station administration and ensure station documentations / passes are up-to-date and valid as directed.
Perform servicing and maintenance for station ground equipment, vehicles and facilities
Control stock and housekeeping of the aircraft part store
Perform local or overseas operational relief duties when required
Requirements:
Min High School graduation (Secondary School)
Demonstrably aptitude and understanding of aircraft maintenance operations
Have (or be willing to receive) induction training / on the job training as required

Performs disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly and tests of aircraft components.
• Ability to interpret and work from procedures, instructions to repair and overhaul components.
• Perform tests, repairs and overhauls of aircraft components.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment.
• Covered/Familiar with more than 25% of CMM’s in respective Product Line
• Work according to approved documents (job cards (Shop Order), MMI / CE/TI, CMM) etc.
• Sign off work in the job cards (Shop Order) according to company qualification system.
• Report presence and working time according to policies.
• Comply with all company safety regulations.
• Active control and report on any safety, risk or CMM discrepancies to Product Line Manager.
• Participate in implementation and continuous improvement of company Safety Management System (SMS).
• Participate in implementation Continuous Improvement / Lean in processes, procedures and working methods in order to achieve an economical component, part or appliance rework.
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior/Management to achieve the Company goals/objectives
