- To perform quality control checks for MH and FOCA flights and the overall management of C23 store in ensuring all AIC activities meet the required standards (SLA) in terms of cabin and toilet cleanliness, availability of equipments, dressing requirements, on time performance, sufficient stock availability, etc.
- Ensure the completion and execution of aircraft interior cleaning activities while coordinating instruction to AIC vendors / service providers and other related units / departments and monitoring vendor’s performance (number of staff, productivity, discipline, OTP etc) to ensure compliance to the agreed SLA & SOP.
