Perform a repetitive and wide range of mechanical assemblyoperations in support of production projects; perform assembly of complex discrete wire harnesses and multi-conductor jacketed cables, coax, twin-ax, and tri-ax cables, power, and flat cable assemblies.
Perform complex assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic and mechanical components and systems according to established procedures and specifications.
Productivity and Efficiency: Operate production machinery and perform daily tasks efficiently to meet production targets. Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure smooth operations. Success means consistently achieving production goals with minimal downtime. Travel is not typically required.
Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
