• Deliver monthly sales volume and revenue targets within assigned territory• Execute daily outlet coverage and ensure full route efficiency• Expand market presence through new outlet acquisition and products penetration• Monitor sales performance and take corrective action to achieve targets• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection• Plan and execute monthly sales activities, promotions and campaigns• Coordinate closely with logistics and operations to ensure product availability and on-time delivery• Maintain accurate sales records, reporting and route planningAdditional Responsibilities (Supervisor Level)
